Applicant requires 15 years of international and domestic experience in pipeline regulatory compliance and the design, development and implementation of technical training systems, operating and maintenance procedures, and worker qualification programs for the oil and gas industry. The applicant has to have extensive experience performing DOT compliance audits and reviews, training, managing and executing projects, and implementing worker training and qualification programs.
